Back to 100%, Now down to 66.6%

I finally felt 100% in my workouts last night. I felt strong and had a great time doing them. I went swimming because I thought my shoulder was better, but it is not so I actually stopped after only 25 min. My subscapularis is the culprit. I am now out of swimming for an unknown period of time. I have also decided that this is my last injury. No more and it better be healed by May 17th. That gives it a little over a week. So for now, I am back down to 66.6 repeating % :) Some people out there are laughing at my exact percentage. My bike workout was inside on the trainer. I got home from the pool and was going to head out, but right as I was going to leave it started sprinkling. I looked at the radar and it was going to be over soon, but decided to throw the bike on the trainer so I could get a longer bike in than I would have been able to if I was outside. It actually worked out better. I was able to make supper and watch the movie I have had for almost 2 weeks now. I biked for 1:40. I had a 20 min warm up, with 2x3:00 ILT with 30 sec recovery. My main set was 3 x 17:30 (#1 70-75%, #2 75%, #3 80-85%) with 3:30 recovery. I was really surprised at myself that I was able to hold #3 for the entire time at that rate. Earlier in the season, I would have crapped out and had to drop my heart rate after 3-5 min. I finished it off with a 10 min cool down. It was a great ride. My supper was ready when I finished and the movie was 1:40 so it all worked out perfect. I ate, showered and then crashed early. But the best thing was waking up this morning feeling refreshed and excited to start the day. I am back!
